CHALICE K. LISTER
OWNER, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
"People don't realize how much of an impact an interior space can make on their mood. Cluttered, unorganized, gloomy rooms can make you feel depressed and unproductive. I like to create spaces that make people happy, comfortable, inspired, and motivated."

Chalice is both the owner and principal designer of Kristell Interiors, LLC. She received her BA in Interior Design from Howard University, and directly afterward, she was accepted into Drexel University's 3-year Interior Architecture and Design masters program, where she received her MS.
Interior Design has always been Chalice's passion. Growing up, she, her mother and sister would frequently visit Ikea, new construction model homes, home décor stores, or be at their own home watching HGTV. For fun, they would even drive around fancy luxurious neighborhoods just to look at the homes and each claim which home is "their house".
Chalice was born and raised in Delaware, and grew up moving with her family into a new apartment almost every 1-2 years. Nonetheless, she always admired how her mother's stylish, modern décor managed to make each place feel like a home that she's been living at forever!
When not designing, Chalice enjoys snuggling with her baby boy or watching movies with her husband, Aaron. She also enjoys game nights with her three younger siblings.
Chalice always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur and starting her own interior design business. She launched Kristell Interiors in 2018 and has since transformed many homes throughout Delaware and its bordering states. Her goal is to create spaces that are unique, beautiful and inspiring - but most importantly, functional.
BROOKE PORTER
JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Brooke is KI's Junior Designer, who joined our team in July 2020. She has already assisted with several projects and has such a great eye for stylish pieces!
Brooke received her BS in business administration with a concentration in management from Bowie State University. She also recently graduated with her Masters degree from Delaware State University.
Not to mention, she is certified from Trendimi's interior design and home styling course.
In her spare time she enjoys eating tacos, and is also a classically trained dancer.

HAZEL HERNANDEZ
INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN
Hazel is KI's new Intern, who began in September 2021.
She has her Master's degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College, and is working on another Master's degree in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University.
Hazel was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She loves spending time with her Husband and being the best Dog Mom that she can be to her Yorkie.
In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding and working out.
